This Policy is part of the Terms of Service. The short version: cancel any time, and you are never charged the full price without a reminder first.

1.How to cancel

Email g@hireaisales.com from the address on your account — or, once card payments are enabled, use the cancel button in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the AI manager keeps working until then. We confirm every cancellation by email.

2.The $1 first month

The Starter plan starts with a first month for $1. We email you at least 3 days before the first $29 charge. If you cancel before that charge, you pay nothing more. The $1 is not refundable.

3.Monthly plans

Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months: after you cancel, the service continues to the end of the month you paid for. If we charged you in error or the Service was unavailable for a significant part of the period through our fault, write to us and we will refund the affected amount.

4.Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of payment, we refund it in full. After that, we refund the unused full months on request.

5.Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

6.Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, please write to us first — we answer faster than a bank dispute and will fix genuine errors.
