A conversation means one customer over one day, not individual messages. Above the package it is 500 UZS per conversation, and the AI manager is never switched off.

What counts as a conversation
One exchange with one customer within a day, however many messages it contains. If the same person writes again a week later, that is a new conversation.
What happens above the limit
The AI manager is not switched off mid-conversation. We write to you in the dashboard and suggest moving to the next plan from the following month. Nothing is charged retroactively.
Setup
Free on every plan. The AI manager builds itself from your website — there is nothing to charge for.
Crawling a large catalogue
Included in Work and Department. On the trial plan we read a single page, which is enough to see how the AI manager answers.
How to pay
By card through Payme or Click; companies and sole traders can pay by invoice with closing documents. Billing is monthly, with a discount for paying a year ahead.
Can I cancel
At any time. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period and we refund the unused months.
VAT
Prices include all taxes. Nothing is added on top.
Payments are not connected yet. The site runs as a demonstration: you can build an AI manager and test it, but you cannot pay for a subscription. Payme and Click arrive together with a legal entity in Uzbekistan.
