How does the AI manager know about my business?

It reads your website or Telegram channel: services, prices, addresses, contacts, delivery and payment terms. If there are many pages it reads the rest — price lists and contacts are rarely on the front page. You do not type anything in by hand.

What if I do not have a website?

A public Telegram channel works — the AI manager builds the business profile from the posts. Instagram and a spoken introduction are coming: that work is under way.

Can it invent a price that does not exist?

We work hard to prevent it: the AI manager answers only from what it found on your side and is told directly not to make things up. But it is a language model and it can be wrong. That is why every conversation is visible in your dashboard and the AI manager’s prompt can be edited.

Will the customer know they are talking to a machine?

Yes, and we insist on it. The AI manager page says plainly that this is an AI manager demonstration, not a company employee. We will not pass a model off as a person.

Which language does it answer in?

The customer’s — Russian or Uzbek. If your site is in Russian and the customer writes in Uzbek, the AI manager answers in Uzbek.

What happens to my customers’ data?

Conversations and any contacts left behind are stored in your dashboard. We do not pass them to third parties and do not use them to train models. Details are in the data processing policy.

How long does launch take?

The first AI manager is built in half a minute, right in the chat on this page, with no sign-up. A deep crawl of a site with a catalogue takes from a few minutes to an hour, depending on size.
